  1. Sailu garu photo looks delicious!!!ofcourse taste is also delicious why bcoz u prepared….

One doubt sailu garu: what is the taste of star fruit…i didnt try till now…have to try

  2. Wow Sailugaru,

A day full of fruits. One small doubt. After following detoxifying diet on Monday, what type of food we should (better) take on Tuesday?

It would be good if you ate less oily and heavy foods like deep fried items and non-vegetarian fare. Go slow on rice or intake of carbohydrates. Morning meals can be idli/brown bread toast/dalia while lunch can be rotis or rice with dal and a vegetable curry. Basically you are avoiding high-calorie food and aiming for portion control.
