Detox foods should be included in one’s diet. Our system needs to be cleansed and rested at regular intervals. Going on a fruit diet is good to detox the body. I follow the detox diet every now and then and should make it a regular part of my diet regime.

Detoxifying today with a fruit salad tossed in ayurvedic powder. The fruits used are papaya, apple and orange with a dash of chaat masala and a tsp of ayurvedic powder which is very good for digestion and detoxifying the body.

    A frequent visitor of your blog, as I love Andhra cusine and all the spice that comes along with it.

    I bumped into this particular recipe and clicked on ayurvedic spice powder link. It seems to be broken. Could you please let me know this recipe I would like to try out the salad.
