  • wendy

I am intrigued by your mention of adding protein powder to stir fries. Can you please describe this further? Thanks.

  • stumbler

wendy, she said “protein power” not ‘powder’, which is the yellow moong dal in this recipe.

  • ajay

    hi sailu
all ur recipes have perfect taste, colour, flavour etc.. and an easy way of cooking with tips.

  • Deepthy

    Hi Sailu,

Your recipes are really very good.Love to try it.But here in this cabbage-moong dal stir fry u mentioned about draining the cabbage after cooking. Please don’t drain the cabbage from the cooked water. It will lose all the nutrients from the cabbage we ate.Don’t drain the vegetables from its cooked water.Instead u can cook it by sprinkling little water.Sprinkle water and stir every 2 minutes so that the cabbage does not burn.

Btw Cabbage-moong dal curry looks very delicious and I am going to try it.
