    Dear sailu,
I want to try this. I bake a lot from your blog and find the recipes wonderful. Just one query, an important one. I have a morphy richards OTG but its small. works wonderful but cant bake large cakes. so if i have to divide this batter and cook one after the other, how would the second cake turn out? since its being baked after a good one hour. will the time delay alter the texture. please clarify. This same question applies to basic white bread recipe too. please reply.

No, the time delay will not affect the cake or bread. Do not worry too much about that.
