The preparation tastes bitter even if a single beerakaya in the lot is bitter. So, it's advisable to taste each beerakaya before cooking.Hope this will clear your doubts about beerakaya.Happy cooking.... :0)Suman Pannu

You need to taste the beerakaya while cutting it. I never went wrong with your recipes and I always managed to wow my family/friends. I always make chutney with the peel of beerakaya and it's my favorite. Thanks for sharing your recipe. I use coriander leaves too in this recipe - I fry them with the peel and grind it along. I thought you might like to know since you like trying different recipes.Thank you again for making cooking fun and simple and gratifying!!!Regards,

I am an expert cook not like the one you mentioned 1st TIME COOKERS IN THE KITCHEN. I have tried all sailus dishes, each and every one was appreciated not only by my family, but friends and neighbors. Even kids like her food. You can check other popular blogs if you like, but to me sailusfood.com is the best. And don't post such silly comments here. If she wants she can just delete your comment, but i think she would not do that.Shreya

Hello Swathi

Sad you did not like sailus food.
