i make this combination with papaya (papau). really good. try it & see… colour is nices too. 3/4 glass with papaya juice with lime & 1/4 glass (on top of papaya) of above recepie gives nice colour mix & taste…

how about some garnishing with lime wedges and min leaves. otherwise its heavanly. my kid Joshua love watermelon and will surely love this recipe

That looks so good, Sailu! I’ll have to make it when Palle’s away, though, since he’s allergic to melons. I’m curious about the dumplings in baked bean sauce – can you tell me a little more about them?

Dawna, these dumplings are made from flour, egg whites and maize flour and cooked in a mixture of sauteed onions, tomatoes and baked beans. Delicious. I will be blogging this recipe soon.
