Cool and freeze. When you need some iced coffee, remove, blend a part of this with chilled milk and follow rest of the procedure. You can do without vanilla since it has cinnamon in it. Hope it helps. :)

Tara, I’d suggest you combine the dry ingredients like cocoa, coffee pwd, brown sugar and cinnamon pwd, add hot water and allow them to combine well till sugar is dissolved. I'm a college student and I'm sharing my kitchen with about 20 other people right now, so I can't make this yummy coffee every day :( and I'd like to make a big batch and then keep it in the fridge.

Hi Sailu–

Quick question: how long do you think the iced coffee will keep after it’s all mixed together? I should check with my friends who are coffee lovers. I am not a great coffee fan, but your recipe and the pictures are very tempting to attempt:). Great work!

Thanks for writing back. I should check with my friends who are coffee lovers. First I made pesarattu, this ice coffee, then yesterday night pepper chicken and today morning coconut coriander chutney. What do I say Sailu, they were all just flawless! I really look forward to more recipes from you and can't thank you enough!
I wish immensely that you would soon post a chicken/mutton biryani recipe. I read that it is your most fav food too.
I love reading your Ayurvedic posts too. Do share more such tips with us. I was amazed reading about the drumstick trees usefulness too!

Your most welcome, Sumitha. I'm so glad you enjoyed the recipes. I prepare quite a few versions of biryani but haven't blogged biryani yet. Will definitely post a biryani recipe.

Dear Sailu, I have just had a Sailu special week here in my home. I visit your blog often and admire your photography. Do you mind sharing the make of your camera? Do you use any photographic lighting accessories when shooting? Have you taken any photography courses? Please let me know.Arpitha.

Thank you, Arpita. I use a DSC-W7 Sony digi cam. I take all my pictures in natural light, most of the time before noon, sometimes during late afternoon too but never after 4 p.m. I haven’t taken any courses.

Hi Sailu,<br
