Thank you for the recipe. When I bought beerakaya in the Indian grocery I started to wonder what am I going to make with it. My wife doesn’t like pappu. Your kura recipe is great, it came out really well.

I cook it the same way but I don’t add water! Beerakaya already has lot of water content and doesn’t need more. I think that will just make the curry more mushy!
