Can you tell me the recipe for “PIDATHA KINDA PAPPU” OF THE ANDHRA STYLE?
am missing a lot here in US.
i have the raagi sprouts recipe if u can add.
wasah raagi in warter, and set it on a kitchen towel. sprinkle water drops once in a day for 3 days, and small white color sprouts appear.
Dry them in sunlight for 2 days and grind in the grinder.
IT has double of nutrients than normal raagi powder.
Its even good for dieting and for drinking in milk or buttermilk.
