    hi,
one problem, how do I make potato like potato piece instead of becoming paste.
    any tip ?

    • Jaya

      Hi ,
You fry the raw potato pieces in sufficient oil. With this you get whole potato pieces.Dont boil the potato in cooker since it gets mashed.

    Murali,

You are probably adding boiled potatoes to the dish. Add the raw potato cubes and don't let them sit under steam for long as they might become too soft and mushy .Keep checking, stir frying and once you feel they are almost cooked add the capsicums pieces and cook till the capsicum is done.
